Shipping Information:

All items listed for sale on this website will ship via Fed Ex services specified by customer. The exception to this is large items including, but not limited too all gate operators, turnstiles, spike systems and gate arms. These items must be shipped via common carrier truckline.

Please observe the classifications below for shipping charges associated with items sold on www.cctvandgate.com:

Class A	Proximity Readers, small cctv cameras, Accessories, etc..	CALCULATE*
Class B	Large readers, cctv cameras, proximity cards (<1,000), housings, etc...	CALCULATE*
Class C	Gooseneck stands, prox cards (>1,000), CCTV monitors, large items, etc...	CALCULATE*
Class D	Gate operators, gate arms, all items requiring shipment via common carrier.	TBD**

* Items in class A, B, and C are shipped via Fed Ex and rates are calculated by weight. Purchaser shall select preferred method of Fed Ex shipping and rates will be calculated by weight upon checkout. Shipping offer is for continental US only. Any orders requesting special shipment methods must contact us for custom shipping orders.

** Due to the fluxuating fuel industry, Shipment on these items will ship COD only. National CCTV and Gate will contact customers upon order placement to schedule shipment method.

All items offered on this website are subject to handling charges upon checkout. Handling charges are determined upon checkout and vary depending on products purchased.

Return Policy:

National CCTV and Gate believes in offering the very best products and customer service in our industry. We will accept returns of unopened merchandise in its original packaging for a period of 60 days from shipment*. All items will be charged a 15% restocking fee upon return. Any items that have been installed, or damaged will fall under manufacturer warranty for that item.

*Custom Orders:

Artwork for custom orders must be approved by customer before final production is started. Once production has begun for custom products, they may not be returned or refunded. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to assure that a custom order is correct before signing off on authorization form.
